Cold transfer printing: it is a printing method that the textile dye is first printed on the paper with special coating, and then the pattern is transferred to the textile by the cold transfer machine. This method is suitable for all kinds of fabrics except blended fabrics. The ink used is reactive, disperse, acid and other dye ink. The method also requires semi-finished fabrics to be embossed with printed flower paper. There are two ways to deal with the embossed fabric: one is to carry out the cold heap chemical reaction treatment to fix the color (the fabric needs to be chemically treated in advance); the other is to carry out the traditional processes such as steaming, washing and setting.
Heat transfer printing method: use disperse dye ink to print the processed pattern on a specific paper first, and then cover the printed pattern on the fabric to be printed after drying. Enter the heat transfer printing machine, heat and pressurize the fabric to sublimate (vaporize) the dye ink on the transfer paper pattern and transfer it to the fabric through the heat transfer printing machine to complete the whole printing There is no need to fix the color later. The transfer fabric is processed by semi-finished products without softener, which may affect the coloring rate.
