Jacquard fabric

The patterns are directly woven into the cloth, and the warp and weft yarns of different colors are interlaced to form different patterns;

Rotten fabric

Using the different acid resistance of the two kinds of fibers, and then through the printing and dyeing process in the acid solution, the part of the fiber that is not acid resistant is dissolved and rotten, that is, the rotten fabric.

Jacquard fabric

The pattern of jacquard fabric is not ordinary printing or embroidery. Instead, it is directly woven into the fabric. Different colors of warp and weft are interlaced to form different patterns. Jacquard fabric is delicate, smooth, glossy, good handle, good drapability and air permeability, high color fastness (yarn dyeing). It can be used without changing shape, no fading and good comfort. Compared with embroidered fabric, it has higher cost and is mostly used for bedding and clothing.

Rotten fabric

Burnt out fabric, also known as embossed fabric, is a new type of fabric. Rotten fabric is a kind of grey fabric made of two kinds of fibers with different acid resistance, which are blended or spun into core spun yarn and made into warp and weft yarn. Then, the rotten fabric is processed in acid solution through printing and dyeing process, so that the acid resistant part of the fiber is dissolved and rotten, that is, rotten fabric. The main features of this fabric are transparent, concave convex pattern, novel pattern and clear outline. Similar to arts and crafts, it is well received by users and consumers at home and abroad. It is one of the most popular textile export products in the international market.
