What is active digital printing? Introduction of reactive digital printing process: reactive digital printing, as the name implies, means that our printing fuel is processed by reactive printing and dyeing. It contains active groups that can react with fiber molecules. In the process of dyeing and printing, the active groups of the active fuel form a bond with the fiber molecules, making the fuel and fiber as a whole. 1. Pre-printing treatment

  When the printing machine uses reactive ink for direct printing, the fabric must be sizing treated (sizing → drying, the drying temperature should be controlled at 60 degrees), and the pre-treatment plays an important role in the final printing effect and quality. Therefore, The pre-printing process must attract enough attention.

  According to the different printing patterns, we use two different pastes, one is mainly used for printing ordinary flower patterns, but also the most commonly used paste, using sodium alginate; For printing of type and text, use SD-10 paste. The sizing equipment is best to use a flat-width sizing machine, and a small number can also be sizing by hand.

2. Digital printing

  At present, there are two kinds of printing software in the inkjet printing system of Taito Digital, and the corresponding printing software can be selected according to the pattern and color. For the determination of printing accuracy, we use 360dPi and 720dPi for comparison. It feels that the 360dPi particles are relatively coarse, and the picture effect often fails to meet the customer's requirements. Therefore, we chose 720dpi precision for production, with a speed of 2-4m2 / min.

3. Steam color development

  The steaming equipment can be a cylinder steamer and a continuous open-width steamer. Due to the unique color development characteristic of the cylinder steamer, the cylinder steamer is recommended. (The temperature during steaming is controlled at a high temperature of 102 degrees, steaming for 10 minutes)


4. Washing and finishing

  The process of washing and finishing is similar to the process of silk fabric with silk screen printing. A certain amount of antifouling agent and color fixing agent should be added during washing. When using a hot air tenter for finishing, an appropriate amount of softener can be added according to customer requirements to improve the feel.
