What is the best machine for textile digital printing?
It all depends on what you intend to do with the fabrics after printing on them.
There are some fabrics that can be printed with Solvent and EcoSolvent inks on traditional large format plotters but you don’t want to wear that kind of fabrics/inks in direct contact with your skin.
For the best results in quality of the printed fabric you should look for Sublimation Printers like these:
Texart RT-640 | Roland DG
But make a good research regarding the inks/fabrics required for your application.
Another type of printers are those Reactive Digital Fabric Printing machines. Is always an inkjet technology but the inks are different than the ones used in the process aforementioned. It can deliver beautiful results also on natural fabrics. In my personal opinion, if you’re going to touch the fabric a lot or want to use fabrics like cotton, linen, silk, etc, then you should definitively try this technology first.
