What's acid printing?

The so-called "printing and dyeing" is composed of two parts: "printing" and "dyeing". There are many kinds of printing, such as reactive printing, disperse printing, acid printing, direct printing and paint printing. What is an acid print? “Acid Printing”, simply by using acid dyes, prints the patterns we need on nylon/nylon fabrics. Products made from acid printed fabrics, the most common ones are swimsuits, and of course there are many other uses.

As everyone knows, the pattern on the swimsuit fabric is clear and bright, and the fastness is good. This is the highlight of the acid printing. But how to print such a perfect product requires a lot of technology and conditional assistance. The rationality of the process, the choice of paste, the control of pH, the control of temperature, the compatibility of dyes, and the choice of anti-soap soap are all important factors affecting the quality of printed products.

“Printing” is not the same as dyeing. Printing is to print a variety of patterns on white cloth. It is not like dyeing. The whole piece of cloth is thrown into the dyeing solution, so the printing must not only ensure the integrity and clarity of the pattern. It is also necessary to ensure that the white space without printing is not stained and clean, and such printing is successful. Therefore, when the acid printing soap is used to remove the residual paste on the surface, it is also necessary to prevent the white cloth from staining. Therefore, the problem is to use the white anti-soap soaping agent, and the dye in the textile soaping process is stained with white cloth.
